1. How to Book
Browse our upcoming cruise packages on Afro-Cruisers.com.
Complete the Booking Enquiry Form with your name, contact details, and trip selection.
A member of our team will review your request and confirm availability.
To secure your cabin, a deposit is required. The remaining balance may be paid in instalments or in full before the final due date.

2. Deposits & Payments
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (amount varies per trip, usually from £100 per person) is required to hold your booking.
Balance: Full payment must be made by the date stated on your invoice (generally 8–10 weeks before departure).
Instalments: Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
Payment methods: We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online transfers.

3. What’s Included
Each trip is unique, but unless otherwise stated, your booking typically includes:
Cruise accommodation (based on selected cabin type).
Onboard meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Access to entertainment, lounges, pools, and activities.
Taxes and port fees.

4. What’s Not Included
Unless specified, the following are not included:
Flights to and from the departure port.
Hotel stays before or after the cruise.
Travel insurance (highly recommended).

5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months after travel.
Any visas, entry requirements, or vaccinations required by your chosen destination must be arranged in advance.
Afro-Cruisers can assist with guidance but final responsibility lies with the traveller.

6. Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations after full payment are subject to cruise line policies and may incur charges.
Date or cabin changes may be possible but could result in additional costs.
