Welcome to Afro-Cruisers. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin. The deposit amount will be specified for each trip.
Final payment dates are outlined on the specific trip page. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
Payments can be made in instalments, subject to agreement with Afro-Cruisers.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on two adults sharing an interior cabin unless specified otherwise.
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with deposit payment.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions (e.g., cruise fare, meals, drinks packages) are detailed on each trip page.
Exclusions may include flights, hotel accommodation, transfers, visas, insurance, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations before the final payment deadline may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on the cruise line’s policy.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the final payment deadline.
If Afro-Cruisers cancels a trip, a full refund of payments made will be provided.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Cruise itineraries are subject to change by the cruise line due to weather, port availability, or other operational reasons.
Afro-Cruisers will notify clients of significant changes as soon as possible, but we are not liable for changes made by the cruise line.
6. Travel Requirements
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have a valid passport, visas (if required), and any necessary vaccinations.
Afro-Cruisers is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documents.
7. Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
8. Liability
Afro-Cruisers acts as an intermediary between clients and cruise operators. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of the cruise line or third-party suppliers.
Afro-Cruisers is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
9. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with ship rules.
Afro-Cruisers reserves the right to refuse bookings or remove individuals from trips who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.
