To ensure a smooth and stress-free cruise experience, all Afro-Cruisers guests must meet the following travel requirements. Please review carefully before booking and traveling.

1. Passports
A valid passport is required for all international cruises.
Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of your trip.
Ensure your passport has sufficient blank pages for entry/exit stamps.

2. Visas and Entry Documents
Some destinations may require a travel visa or entry permit.
It is the responsibility of each guest to check and obtain the correct documentation before departure.
Afro-Cruisers can provide guidance, but final responsibility rests with the traveler.

3. Vaccinations and Health Requirements
Certain countries may require proof of vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever) or other health documents.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to meet all health entry requirements.
Guests are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage.

4. Travel Insurance
All Afro-Cruisers guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
Insurance should cover: trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage, and personal liability.

Proof of insurance may be requested before boarding.

5. Flights and Transfers
Unless included in your package, flights and hotel stays are not part of your cruise fare.

Guests are responsible for arranging flights to and from the departure port.
Transfers from airport to cruise port can be booked independently or with assistance from Afro-Cruisers.

6. Onboard Requirements
Guests must comply with the cruise line’s policies, including safety briefings and health regulations.

Proof of identity (passport/boarding documents) must be carried at all times while ashore.

Afro-Cruisers and the cruise line reserve the right to deny boarding if requirements are not met.

7. Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have:
Valid travel documents (passport, visas, tickets).
Required vaccinations or health certifications.
Adequate travel insurance coverage.

Afro-Cruisers is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
